Las Vegas, NV (July 30, 2009) – National Talent Search USA (NTSUSA), the first national all-inclusive talent competition of its kind, today announced that it will showcase live performances by, among others, NTS Feature Artists & Local Talent at, Hilton Charlotte University Place on Friday, August 28, 2009 for the NTS College Tour Kickoff (North Carolina). This kickoff of the NTS College Tour will start at 3pm – 6pm with Open Call Auditions for the Upcoming Charlotte Finals Competition and it will also feature Live Feature Artist performances & Industry Social at 8pm. Kickoff Auditions are open to musicians / singers of all music genres and dance crews, all audition talent must be between ages 14 to 35 years old. There is a Talent Registration Fee of $25 per talent entry, not per person. All Talent receives VIP Membership benefits and FREE access to the NTS Talent Membership Site by registering. A Limited number of FREE Audition Audience Tickets will be available. Tickets for the Live Show & Industry Social are $8 in advance & $10 Day of Show. This not-to-be missed event kicks off NTSUSA’s long awaited national competition tour to find tomorrow's next big stars during NTSUSA’s upcoming Charlotte Live Elimination Competition and Music Festival to be held in the spring.

The NTS College Tour (North Carolina) will continue with stops on several North Carolina College Campuses, including

à Greensboro’s NC A&T - Saturday, August 29^thfrom 1pm to 10pm in the Student Union Parking Lot

à Raleigh’s NC State - Sunday, August 30^th from 2pm to 10pm at the Student Center Cinema

à Durham’s NCCU - Monday, August 31^stfrom 1pm to 10pm at BND Auditorium.

à The tour returns to North Carolina in mid-September 2009 for visits to UNC-C & UNC-G.

The NTS College Tour (North Carolina) features Open Call Auditions and Live Performances by NTS Feature Artists. Open Call Auditions for the upcoming Charlotte Competition scheduled for spring, offers contestants the chance at the $25,000 National Grand Prize & a host of other prizes. All Campus Auditions are open to high school & college students with valid student id and local talent ages 14 to 28 years old, who are properly registered. All genres of music are welcome as well as hip hop & step dance crews. There is a Talent Registration Fee of $10 for High School / College Students w/Student ID & $25 for non-Students; this is per talent entry not per person. All Talent receives VIP Membership benefits and FREE access to the NTS Talent Membership Site by registering.
